Dominique J. McKenzie is the newest team member at the Vectre Corporation. Previously, she served as the Chief of Staff for Richmond City Council’s Ninth District. In this role, she was responsible for creating the office's legislative agenda and collaborating with legislators, community leaders, developers, and stakeholders to navigate city services. Dominique used her experience to advocate for policy changes that benefited her community, such as increasing language access for public Council meetings and implementing affordable housing development programs.

Throughout her career in the public sector, Dominique has built strong relationships at both the State and Local levels. She is an alumna of Old Dominion University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Sociology. Dominique is also an alumna of the Grace E. Harris Minority Political Leadership Institute and was recognized as one of ODU's 40 under 40 alumni for 2024.

She is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Virginia Commonwealth University and is dedicated to serving her community through civic engagement. Outside of work, she serves as the Development Chair on the Board of Directors for the Virginia League for Planned Parenthood and as the School Liaison on the Fan District Association Board. In her free time, she enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband, Victor, and their daughter, Lily Rae, and two dogs.
